Conference Fees
Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, and proceedings publication. The fees are listed in USD.

The list of countries qualified for the 50% rate ($250) is the same as for the IEEE electronic membership (see here).
IEEE Membership Discount: If you are not an IEEE member, you can join IEEE to receive the member registration rate ($415) or student member rate ($400).
Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount or reduced rate may be applied per registration. For participants from Uzbekistan and minimum-income countries, the applicable rates are: $250 (50% discount), $415 (IEEE member), $400 (IEEE student/life member), or $450 (student non-IEEE). Student discount applies only to the regular $500 fee.
Additional Information
- Each paper requires at least one full registration (non-student rate: $500, $415, $400, or $250).
- Extra pages: A fee of $10 per page will be charged for each page exceeding the maximum limit of 6 pages.
- Student registration rates ($450 non-IEEE, $400 IEEE) are available upon request and valid student ID.
- IEEE Life Member rate ($400) requires verification of Life Member status.
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the camera-ready submission deadline.
