IEEE AL-KHWARIZMI

2026 IEEE 4th International Conference on Digital Transformation: Algorithms, Computing and Future Technologies (Al-Khwarizmi)
Khiva, Khwarazm, Uzbekistan

Conference Scope & Vision

Bridging the Heritage of Al-Khwarizmi and Avicenna with Modern Digital Transformation

This conference is held in Khiva, Uzbekistan — the historical heart of Khwarazm, the region that gave the world two giants of science: Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, the father of algebra and algorithms, and Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna), the pioneer of modern medicine and systematic philosophy.

In the spirit of their legacy — which laid the foundations of modern mathematics, medicine and scientific method — the conference explores how advanced algorithms, computational models and intelligent systems drive next-generation communication technologies, industrial innovation and digital transformation.

We invite contributions at the intersection of historical scientific heritage and contemporary challenges: from foundational algorithms and cognitive systems to Smart Industry 5.0, sustainable communications and AI-powered solutions.
